In-house design
When you place your order you can call upon our in house design team who
can help with artwork or copy to save you time and
money. Any complex designs you send to us can be received by ISDN to
enable us to produce and print your order quickly and efficiently. All
projects are kept in strictly confidential records to enable quick
reference and turnaround if you require future projects.
When you are happy with the result of the print and envelope, you will receive confirmation of your guaranteed delivery date for your peace of mind.

If you need a one or two day turnaround on a high quality, fully coloured,
glossy envelope we use ‘litho overprinting’. You will see the high
standard of vivid colour mixes in your designs and artwork.
he printing process is carried out by our American Halm Jet Presses that are solely designed for envelope printing. It provides brighter, sharper images and as the name suggests, it is a very quick machine that ensures we can keep your costs low and to an absolute minimum.

Our
machines
The manufacturing process then begins in our in-house production plant.
The machines we use to convert the paper into envelopes are the best money
can buy. They are German Winkler & Dunnember model 202 that cost £1.5
million. These are changed and updated every five years ensuring we keep up
to date with all the latest innovations. We have also purchased every
conceivable extra so that you will be able to select whichever size,
closure, window and print combination of up to five colours so that you have
the convenience of a one stop shop for your
envelopes.

Quality Control
You will benefit from our team of experienced operators who have been
working on these machines for an average of 10 years. Every couple of
years, the operators are sent back to the manufacturers for retraining of
new skills and practices ensuring they meet the strictest quality control
standards so that you get a perfectly produced envelope.
Delivery
As soon as the job is running on the machines we will call and update
you on the progress. You will receive file copies taken at incremental
stages of the run ensuring you get them next day to give you peace of mind.
The delivery of your envelopes is an important part of the process. We ensure you receive your envelopes in the same condition as they leave the printing machines. Your envelopes will be packaged into boxes made of high density, recycled cardboard with reinforced lids to ensure they are not crushed in transit. The flip top lids allow the mailing machine operator to work faster and minimise mistakes, so you benefit from faster, safer mailings without the extra expense.
For further convenience, you will always receive an extra box of envelopes, with our compliments, so that you will never run short or have problems with your mailings.
When the envelopes are delivered on our carriers they will be clearly marked with large labels for quick reference. Your boxes of envelopes will be wrapped using the highest grade of shrink-wrap available complete with a polythene top ensuring that when you come to use them they are in perfect condition.
Most importantly, your delivery will always be on time, every time!
