	You will always receive a warm and friendly welcome from our well trained team who are ready to help you and listen to your requirements. You’ll have our total support and help at all times.
	You can rely on receiving your envelopes when you need them. We hold a minimum of 18 million envelopes in stock to save you time with delivery. Once we have confirmed the delivery date we will deliver on time every time. You will not be made promises we cannot keep.
	You will always receive envelopes made from high quality paper giving you peace of mind that the envelopes run trouble free on all mailing machines.
	The high standard of paper will ensure that when your envelope is finally received by your customer, it will look as good as when it left the factory. With the ultra white paper and crisp printed message, your envelopes will always stand out above the rest.
	We understand yours and your customers concerns with the environment. You can have peace of mind that the envelopes we manufacturer are Eco – friendly or Recycled and branded as such to enhance your company image and educate the message to your customers.
	For your convenience, our in house design department will set simple artwork free of charge and ensure they are within Post Office regulations to take away any risk and save you time.
	You will not incur any extra costs once we have confirmed your order. For your convenience you will always receive an extra box of our printed envelopes with our compliments to ensure you do not run short in your mailing, therefore maximising your profit potential.
	You will always receive ongoing communications from the team to keep you informed. You will be updated when your envelopes are on press and then again when leaving for delivery. You will be sent file copies on the day they are being run on the press to give you peace of mind and enable you to plan your mailing.
	Your records and film are all carefully archived and will remain totally confidential to make it easy for you to re-order and save you time in the future.

If for any reason you are not 100% delighted, all we ask is that you tell us and allow us to put it right for you.
